Difficulties logging in?

1. Are you a new user?

Sign up now to gain access to Mr. Gig's personalised services. Registration is quick, easy and FREE! Just fill out the New User form and an activation key will be emailed to you.

2. Have you forgotten your password?

Do you have Caps Lock switched on? Passwords are case-sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, or your password is not working for some reason, you can easily get a new one. Just fill out the Password Reset Form and an activation key will be emailed to you.

3. Have you forgotten your Mr. Gig ID?

You will need to have your exact Mr. Gig ID in order to sign in to your account.

If you can't remember your Mr. Gig ID, we can email it to you again. You will need to know the exact email address that you used to register your account with. Just fill out the ID Reminder Form and your Mr. Gig ID will be emailed to you.

4. Do you have "cookies" turned off?

When you log in, Mr. Gig needs to write a couple of cookies to your web browser. This allows your machine to remember your user ID and your login session. You must have cookies enabled in order to log in.
