After a year of changing members Griff Rising finally found the perfect members. Originally called Blizzard Eye, the founding members Iain & Chris (Lead guitars) started, just writing songs together without having any experience. Long time friend Ash Bartlett became the next member filling in on bass. Constant member change went on for almost a year, none of which being what the band was expecting. Then out of blind luck Ash found Chainy Rabbit (ex-SFE vocalist), who wanted to try out doing something different. After a week of talking about the band Chainy agreed to be the drummer.
Three months had past before the band found a singer. Jez Hall was what the band had been looking for the whole time. With a full line up the band desperately looked for gigs anywhere they could. |
