Hailing from the Sheppey Swamplands we the members of drrinK! the boozy blues band, perform classic rhythm and blues numbers in our own loony style.
With over 150 gigs under our belt and many more planned (see gig list) our supporters (known as drrinKers) find themselves very welcome at all venues.
Our front-man "Screwy" Driver is a founder member of the rock 'n' roll loony party. He ensures that every gig becomes a fun filled event and a tribute to Lord Sutch
As a relatively mature boy band (we are all over twenty five) we have gently eased ourselves into the rigors of rock 'n' rolling, it is to this end we invented nine bar blues reducing to seven later in the evening. We do not use backing tracks or fronting tracks but muppit will be faking our orgasms. |
