Absolutely stunning night, and I was sober!  I haven`t seen this line up since 1981!!!!!!

YOUTH on bass, who has produced people from The Verve to the Cult, and one of the top dance producers in the country. He plays bass so differently to RAVEN, for whom there was a minute silence, then they played Love Like Blood in his honour.

Paul Ferguson on drums. Jaz said he was like a brother, despite the fact they last spoke about 20 years ago after Paul broke Jazs nose!!!

You can see how KJ have been a huge influence on so many bands...NIN, Ministry, Metallica etc

You could buy the nights gig on CD, ready 10 mins after the last note was played! Took a bit for me to get my head round that one......They obviously weren`t using a PC with NERO software!!!!!Laughing

30 year celebration next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could have been there, would have loved to have seen it. KJ are one of my favourite bands.

Got both CDs too and yeah friday was a stunning gig, i would say it was on par if not better than the 25th anniversary shows. Awesome. But why oh why do they insist on that prat ferguson Djing before they come on - he was shyte to say the least and was at the 25th too.

Unfortunately i didnt think much of Treponem Pal either. i Know Raven was helping them out an all that but bloody hell a band that sound like they desperately want to be killing joke as a support to KJ was stupid to say the least. I probably would have like em if i had seen em without the Joke. Either way Brilliant night - there is a pun there if anyone wants to find it

Russ....I can`t spell this out in any greater terms! Rush out NOW, this minute, and buy the latest release, AN UNPERVERTED PANTOMINE.

It has been released before, and the CD is rubbish! You will probably have everthing that is on it. Either through downloads or on the original release.

BUT.........

The DVD is simply astounding!!!!

Fimed at The East Side Club, Philadelphia, Monday August 17 1981 in black and white!!!!!

It is testament to why KJ are one of the hardest hitting bands ever!!!!!!!

I saw them in 81, and its one of my best musical memories...but this is beyond words.

IF YOU EVER WONDERED ABOUT THE TRUE POWER OF MUSIC....WATCH THIS!!!!
