 right ive looked up chord e7 sus 4 and it not there on the chord web page i got,  can sumone put it up here pleaseSmile

If you know how to play E7 - add a D to an E chord - then you get the sus4 by moving the G♯ to an A.

Then it depends what position you want to play it in. Easiest is open where you just need to hold 2nd fret on 5th and 3rd strings.
