Is it me, or does the fact the article keeps referring to the fella as the 'suspect' seem absurd to anyone else? Of course, they can't really call him anything else, but it brings to mind dully-clad, vaguely raffish types on a remote scottish island scratching their chins and trying to solve a particularly beguiling murder within their flinty-eyed assembly. "I think the bloke who did it is that one there.. him holding the fucking great knife and the victim's head and shouting 'you'll never take me alive cooper bastards!' Imho, of course, officer." |
