I would love Spain to win it. Problem is, I thought long and hard about having a flutter on them before the start of the tournament and then decided against it. So if they win I'll feel sick that I didn't put a few bob on them. |

when i worked on the council a few years back during world cup i got the draw of brazil and all the lads in the hut were gutted i thought weh hey ive won the pot , bloody france won! god dam frenchies |

Once did a gig for some spaniards, believe it or not, and one of them asked me to play Viva Espagne. I changed the words to "We're all off to steal a crane, or even a Scania" and they weren't happy. It's quite funny, if you sing it quite loud. I thought so, anyway. Spike, what were the odds before the tournament? |
