I'm doing a little bit of work for this survey company, asking small businesses in King's Lynn a bunch of stupid questions regarding oh some old bollocks or other.

Sample question : "In the case of your own business area, if you were starting up again, what criteria would a development of managed small business workspace units need to fulfill in terms of the following factors, and why?"

Try saying that over the phone, often to some bloke who owns a garage and who really wants to say "I DON'T FUCKING CARE!" and then kill my head off with a very large spanner.

Another one is "What, broadly speaking, does innovation mean to you?" One fella suggested I look it up in the dictionary. Only one. Lucky me.

I  hate  this .
