i've got a stupidly busy weekend, i want some idea's on things to eat to keep me going and not feel bloated.

 

Stuff like porridge but that tastes nice!Laughing

 

And quick to do as i have 2 gigs on saturday and an all day gig on sunday.

yeah, i was thinking that, i'll have to buy some pre made sauce as everything i make is garlic to the max which gives me wind when i'm singing!

Rice is good and light as well.  Mix loadsa veg in, and ham.  Good energy and light.

There are some good fruit and nut bars called Eat Natural. £2 for three.  Give them a try.

A nice tub of Tescos FULL FAT cottage cheese goes long way. Full fat, mind you - it's got creme fraiche in it - luvverlyyyyyy but handy when you're on the go.
