i've got a stupidly busy weekend, i want some idea's on things to eat to keep me going and not feel bloated.
Stuff like porridge but that tastes nice!
And quick to do as i have 2 gigs on saturday and an all day gig on sunday. |

There are some good fruit and nut bars called Eat Natural. £2 for three. Give them a try. |

A nice tub of Tescos FULL FAT cottage cheese goes long way. Full fat, mind you - it's got creme fraiche in it - luvverlyyyyyy but handy when you're on the go. |
