Maybe we should have an old cowboy boot convention, it's the only item of clothing I can still get into from those days, I can't backcomb my hair either!! lol |

"My boots joined my leather jacket". Thats an interesting one piece combo I would have liked to have seen. Matching leather thong stitched in? p.s. wiz, my Gibson Les Paul obsession continues.......I have a lovely new standard in heritage cherry sunburst with a fantastic flame top. It is lush! Can't compete with your collection but it ain't bad so far! Edited: surfdude1 - Mon 16 Jun 2008 (4:35PM) |

I've had a few amps over the years - Selmer, Vox, Sound City, Marshall, Fender, Boogie, Roland.... I currently prefer the boogie maverick. It's got two channels with large, easy-to-read dials so you can tweak it mid-song. It's not perfect but then nothing is. I just work with it. I did find that once I got my first boogie I dispensed with the multi-effects crap and now just use a tube screamer and a wah wah. I heard ESE is moving to a web-based business. Next time I buy an amp I'll certainly give JVM and a Cornford a look. May be a while yet tho. Edited: Scowler - Tue 17 Jun 2008 (12:19AM) |

Now THAT is lush! Is it second hand or new? Either way, my guess is around the 2k mark? |

it's 2nd hand. they were about 3k new (i think) if you can find one. the search is on for a black one now. |

Tuscan is not allowed a new amp just in case he drowns out my drums and that would never do. |
