no it doesn't sugar coat mate! like i said above, It told me i have the fitness age of a 39 year old and am in the obese range of the BMI, but it does help you out, it sorts out a programme for you yo help you shed poundage or to bulk up muscle, it also works on posture and there is yoga stuff on there too, its not quite a gym at home, but its certainly a way to keep fit without chavs laughing at your moobs while you're out running your arse off!

I actually think it is the start of something *much* bigger.

It is the very green shoots of a new way man and machine will interact in the future.  We've all seen the futuristic 3-d interactive suits on science shows etc, but this is the first example of the new paradigm, not in the science lab but available to the "common man".

It heralds a brave new world.

It's definatly the future.

The new kickboxing games they have planned look cool.  Yea get the sensors on your ankles, wrists and head...

So when you kick and punch, so does the character.  Soon we'll be kicking shit out of each other, all over the world!

Dud, I was the same as you and never desired to touch a games console, but after getting Tron one for Christmas I have warmed to the idea and think that the Wii is the new social tool!  Ha ha!  Dunno what the old one was.  Now we have one at home too and we got Wii Fit the day it came out, but I have only been on it once, it did tell me that I was 25 though, which is spot on!  My mum is on it every day though and she's looking fab.

Sorry socks. C'mon, you know me well enough to know that I wouldn't have looked at that pic even remotely long enough for familiarity to come into it!

No. For the purposes of me being able to ever sleep again, there is no grim doll next door. Agreed?!
