Just got them this morning, Dan. Many thanks. Extraordinarily fast - I only mentioned I'd like a copy yesterday!! It's much better than I thought it would be, to be honest. I thought it would be a bit like the WWW thing that you can pick up in the boozers. But it's about a thousand times better: much more detailed with loads of colour photos and band info, as well as a comprehensive gig guide.
Well done you chaps who produce it. |

To Big Mart - What shop is it that you work at? We do distribute some to music shops. We also have no local music shops advertising currently, so if you fancied doing that, you'd be the only ones in there - you'd get the monopoly if you like!

To Spike - Many thanks for your kind words, very much appreciated! Are you connected with local music in anyway or are you just a fan? I do solo gigs. Just me and guitar and backing discs. Mostly 50's/60's and 70's covers etc for the clubs and private functions, but loads of original numbers for the pubs and stuff. |

What I like is the fact that it's an interesting read as well as a reference. Liked the caught in the act section, might be interesting to have a featured venue each issue. |
