Somebody I know in Margate has written a musical which debuts soon in Canterbury. He's sent out an appeal on Facebook for a male actor. Maybe it would interest someone here, or a friend of a friend?... Rehearsals are in Thanet.
MALE ACTOR URGENTLY REQUIRED Twenty Twenty Seven - The MusicalHi Everyone. This is a really important message so please can you forward it to all your acting friends. Maybe post it on your walls. Due to the personal problems of one of our cast members we have had to let a lead actor leave. This means that we are urgently looking for a male actor with singing abilities aged between 16 and 22 (ish). By Monday 5th May. Whoever takes this part must be available on Monday 5/05/08 where we can go over what we have covered so far. The show runs at The GULBENKIAN Theatre Canterbury. Tuesday 24th June until Saturday 28th June 2008. 6 performances. This is a great part and involves singing 2 duets.
