The Bootleg Beatles played their first performance at a student’s bash on March 26th 1980 in Tiverton, Devon around 10 years after the split of the original Beatles. it was unlikely at the time that anyone would of foreseen the path ahead and the level of enjoyment that this tribute band would bring to Beatles fans around the world.
With gigs and concerts at world famous venues like The Liverpool Empire, The London Palladium The Albert Hall and the Glastonbury Festival, the Bootleg Beatles have toured and performed with some of the biggest names in music at some of the very same venues as the Beatles.
So impressed were Noel and Liam Gallagher with the Bootleg Beatles that they asked them to be their support act for their record-breaking 1995 Earl's Court shows.
With a massive fan base, the Bootleg Beatles continue to enjoy great success where ever they perform. Playing with world famous acts such as Elton John, The Corrs, David Bowie and Rod Stewart, It could be said that The Bootleg Beatles have in many ways enjoyed the same success as the original Beatles as they continue to enthral new audiences with the musical magic of The Beatles.
