A Bit on the Side

A Bit On The Side was formed back in 2002, after both having had successful music careers in various rock bands and blues bands, and as Solo Artists, Junie (vocals) as well as Peter (guitar and vocals) thought it was time for a change, and decided to start up a new rock duo.
Junie is a well established singer / vocalist in the South East of the UK, since 18 years, having sung in rock bands and blues bands. She also works occasionaly as a solo cabaret singer, and even does a few Country and Western gigs in between.
After a couple of meetings, they decided on playing well known Rock Songs & Blues Covers instead of original songs, because they wanted every gig to be a party for the punters in the pub, club, or the guests at the function they play.
Peter, having supported rock bands like ZZ Top, Whitesnake, Scorpions and Bon Jovi (just to name a few), has been playing his guitar for years, and it is always a pleasure for the ear as well as the eye to see him "do his thing". |
